Antrene designs, builds, and maintains websites and web platforms for clients, primarily property, business, and custom web application projects. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for your project are agreed separately in a quote or proposal before work begins — these Terms apply alongside that agreement.
2. How projects work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Projects begin once a deposit has been received
- We'll ask you for content (text, photos, logos) needed to build your site — delays in providing this may delay your project's timeline
- You'll get a chance to review and request changes before a project is marked complete
- Reasonable revision rounds are included; work beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately
3. Payment
We work on project-based pricing rather than hourly rates. Payment terms (deposit amount, milestone payments, final payment) are set out in your quote.
Late payment may result in project work being paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
4. Intellectual property
Once your project is paid in full, ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for you transfers to you. Antrene retains ownership of any general-purpose code, components, or tooling — including the underlying Duck Framework framework — used to build it, and may reuse these on other projects.
Any third-party assets used in your project (stock photos, fonts, licensed plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for:
- The accuracy of content, claims, and information you provide us to publish on your behalf
- Having the rights to any content, images, or trademarks you ask us to use
- Keeping your account and payment details up to date
6. Maintenance & hosting
Ongoing maintenance is a separate, optional service billed monthly. It can be cancelled by either party with notice as agreed at signup — see our Refund Policy for how cancellation affects billing.
If you host your site with a third-party provider rather than through Antrene, we aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by that provider.
7. Limitation of liability
Antrene will deliver services with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a certain number of inquiries or sales) from your website. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
